01

A purchase starts with a protected order

When an order is confirmed, Jamlaz records each seller item separately so shipping, delivery, returns, and communication stay tied to the correct transaction. Buyers can review the order number, seller, price, and tracking history from Orders.

02

Sellers ship with visible tracking

Approved sellers add a carrier tracking number from their order workspace. The buyer sees the package journey and can open the carrier tracking link. A shipment marked delivered by a carrier is not the same as a buyer confirmation—it simply starts the protected settlement timeline.

03

Funds are held until receipt or verified delivery timing

A seller payout remains pending after payment. It can be released after the buyer confirms receipt, or after the carrier has verified delivery and the applicable seven-day window passes with no open dispute. This policy gives both parties a clear resolution path.

04

Report an issue early and keep evidence in the order

If tracking stops updating, a package is late, or the delivered item has a problem, use Report issue from the order card. Add a clear explanation and any relevant photos or documents. The support ticket timeline keeps buyer, seller, and staff updates in one place and can be escalated to a formal refund dispute when needed.
