01
Tracking starts when the seller adds the carrier number
A seller adds shipment tracking from the specific order item. Jamlaz then displays the carrier link and package journey in Orders. Early carrier scans may take time to appear, especially after an evening drop-off or a weekend acceptance.
02
Read the order timeline before escalating
The order card distinguishes checkout, shipment, carrier delivery, and buyer receipt confirmation. Use these stages to understand whether the seller still needs to ship, whether the carrier is in transit, or whether the package has been physically delivered.
03
Report a delay with the facts
If the estimated delivery date has passed or the carrier has stopped scanning, open Report issue from the order. Select the closest reason and describe the last carrier event. The buyer support timeline shows any seller and staff response alongside live carrier status.
04
Confirm receipt only after checking the order
Confirming receipt closes the protected buyer hold for the item. Inspect the package, item, and included accessories first. If the order needs support instead, report the issue or open a formal dispute before confirming receipt.
