01

Start with a specific, searchable title

Lead with the brand and product type, then include the model, size, capacity, edition, color, or other defining detail. Accurate titles help buyers find the listing and reduce avoidable pre-purchase questions.

02

Describe condition as evidence, not marketing

Select the closest condition and explain anything a buyer would reasonably want to know: visible wear, testing performed, missing accessories, repairs, or included extras. Close photographs should support the description.

03

Choose realistic handling and shipping details

Set a delivery service and handling time you can meet consistently. Use packaging that protects the item, retain the drop-off receipt, and only add a tracking number once the carrier has accepted the shipment.

04

Keep fulfillment updates inside the order workspace

The seller order page lets you add or replace tracking, print a packing slip, message the buyer, and respond to delivery concerns. Complete records help buyers follow the shipment and give support a clear history if a dispute is opened.
